Dong Zen Temple
I'm finally back to the life where being online is a daily routine, which also means i'm back to Cyberjaya again.
Well, CNY holiday officially ends, although CNY officially ends this coming Sunday.
I visited Dong Zen temple on last Sunday with some friends and their families. My main job of the day was to become the main photographer. i know lar my skill not very good, but then at least it's not bad either. Too bad i'm not going to post those pictures out, because being afraid they might sue me for putting up their faces without their permission.
But if you are planning to go Dong Zen Temple, but haven't got the chance to go there yet, you better find a way to go there soon. It's a very nice place to visit during this CNY.
Here are some of the picture taken in my style within the Dong Zen Temple premise.
This is a plant sculpture of the face of Buddha outside the exhibition hall. This is consider one of the main attractions this year. There were not only one plant sculpture but more. The rest, if you are interested, you must see them yourselves at the temple.
These are the Buddha statue and sculpture inside the main hall.
The main theme last year, The Lumbini Garden, is still a very great attraction this year. Having the whole area surrounded with flowers, everyone was busy having pictures taken. It's so hard of me to get a chance to take a clear shot without people walking past in front my camera.
Wui Tau Si Ngon.
Light represents wisdom in Buddhism. That is why the whole temple is surrounded by red & yellow tanglungs.
The 3 statue, which glows at night, has been parading the whole day on top of a monorail-track-look-alike. I hope this is the main attraction this year, because all day long, i see people standing below the track & wait for the 3 statues to "walk" past.
Even the trees were decorated with lights.
This big sign board was located at the main entrance to the temple. Those who know chinese knows what it means lar, but for those who don't know, it means Prosperity Comes This CNY.
There were also many other things to see & buy in Dong Zen Temple. If you are interested, and you are in MMU, you can visit DSG's blog for further information. This is a good chance, grab it while you still got the chance, okay?
