Day Out With Bumblebee
It was a shopping day out for blogger Bumblebee & me at MidValley. But the day started out off-scheduled as both of us woke up late. No, we don't stay together & No, she's not my bed mate.
It was raining that morning. I guess my alarm felt so comfy with the cool weather that it decided to sleep it through without doing it's duty. Luckily, our friend MiloGauGau was driving his galfriend to Pudu station, so he offer us a ride to Serdang KTM station.
As expected, KTM station was crowded with people. Even when we board the train, we need to stand by the door & try to squeeze ourselves within the train compartment so as to not be squashed by the closing door.
When we finally reached MV, we went to BCB for ATM. After that was lunch. We went here:
This is an Indian vegetarian food restaurant. I think many of us out there already know about what's so special about this place. If you don't know, please read on.
Analakshmi offers various choices of Indian vegetarian food in buffet style. Of course you can order "roti" as well, and i personally think this "puri" is a must-try.
Besides, they have the speciality of home-made yoghurt. For instance, this is the most yummiest Mango Lasi (Mango Yoghurt) i've ever tasted. Once you've tasted this, those yoghurt drink sold in supermarket is tasteless.
Of course, the buffet style food also features rice and this is what i took for my lunch platter.
Inside the bowl was "Daal". I apologize if my spelling is wrong ya. I personally don't eat "Daal" no matter where i go, but this really changed my mind. It's the best tasted Daal i've ever had. Serious!~!~! There's also tofu, some vegetables, keropok & rice cake.
The best part about this restaurant is, there's no pricelist on the food you ate. You can eat as much as you want, and pay as much as you want. This is because the earnings of this restaurant goes fully to the construction of temples. Which temple, i'm not so sure but this is what my friend told me lar. The environment of the restaurant was very cozy, the waiters very friendly & the food awesome.
If you are interested, this restaurant is at the outside part of the shopping center where all those Kim-Gary & other nice restaurant are located. Recognize this.
After lunch was shopping spree until night time. Talking about gender equality, i realized most of the shops sell gal's clothing more than guy's and even there were guy's clothing, the choices of them is so limited they sucked generally. Besides, the guy's clothing is much more expensive then the gal's!~!~! So after a whole day of shopping, i only managed to get myself 1 shirt & a bag. That is so not fair!~!~!
As for Bumblebee, she got quite a lot of things but what, i cannot tell lar. You've got to read her blog when she updates it.
There's a few more pictures of the day, but i'll have to edit them before posting them up. So this is it for today. My shopping life got nothing much interesting lar, but i really want to recomend the restaurant because the food is nice. Those who never been there should really try it out.
i love shopping.
